If you belong to OBC, the community you belong to should be listed in the Central OBC list and then you can claim OBC reservation at the Centre and SEBC reservation in State Counselling. This is because, SEBC is a State level reservation and is not listed in the NEET application form. To check if the Community you belong to is listed in the Central OBC list, please check: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/user_panel/GazetteResolution.aspx?Value=mPICjsL1aLs9KFQF7Vtb%2fnFssWGD%2fStdd0AoHuDmMlE1cjWi2dtJRwAnui0pITyJ

Hello ,
Congratulations for the good score. For getting admision into the top medical college you need to score more than 650+ marks . As you are from general category you may get a seat in government college through state quota as there is 85% quota for state level seats. But you may have a chance at AIQ quota too if you have amy desired college to get admission for medical seat.
You can check out our college predictor link for detailed information about the colleges you might have a chance at
Good luck. Hope this helps you out
You didn't mentioned you category. Without knowing category it's bit difficult to provide you the exact information. If you belong to UR(unreserved category) you have equal chances for getting a seat or may not. As you want admission in government colleges, cutoffs for government colleges will be higher. But you can easily get a seat in private colleges even if you belong to general category.
Here I'm adding a link of college predictor which will help you to find out college based on your marks
On such marks you have no chance to get any of the government college in Odisha under state quota even as you can just qualify NEET 2020 on these marks. So I would recommend you to either go for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat through it or take a drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

Hello aspirant
Green Card quota was put in effect by the Government of Odisha in the year 1983.Basically under Green Card 5% of seats are reserved in any college that participates in OJEE(both SGFTI and Private).
The ES or Ex Servicemen quota(in this context) means wards of Ex-Servicemen.Roughly an "ex-serviceman" means a person, who has served in any rank (whether as a com- batant or as non-combatant), in the Armed Forces of the Union, including the. Armed Forces of the former Indian States, but excluding the Assam Rifles. Defence. Security Corps, General Reserve Engineering Force. For the detailed definition you can go through the link below-
https://dopt.gov.in/sites/default/files/ch-23.pdf
Under OJEE 3% of seats are reserved under the ES quota.
You can go through the link below and check all the reservations under OJEE-
