Congratulations on qualifying NEET 2020.
I believe at a score of 571 and having domicile of Odisha, though you might have bleak chances at a seat in one of the Government Medical Colleges, you have excellent chances of securing a seat in State Counselling at one of the State Medical Colleges.
Medical Colleges in Odisha have good infrastructure, faculty and hospital facilities as well as provide in depth medical education. Do keep a check on Government and State Medical Counselling Dates and Procedure. For more information and college prediction do follow the link below

Dear student, as per your rank and your category the chances are quite very low that you can get admitted into a government colleges of odisha or some other state governed college, but still you can apply for them, like in bit sindri of jharkhand. You must also sit in jossa counseling so that if there is any chance, a single little chance for you to get any college, then based on your rank you will be provided that college.
