Well dear the cutoff's keep changing every year also they are higher for the general category,so we can't gurentee you a seat in Opthalmology.
But,the colleges that offer that opthalmology are the following:
1 )Kasturba Medical College,Mangalore
2) Christian Medical College,Vellore
3) St Johns Medical College,Bangalore
4) Kasturba Medical College,Manipal
5) All India Institute of Medical Colleges,New Delhi
The colleges cutoff in 2018 was 494 for round 1,increasing to 506 in second round,and then increasing to 522 in mock counselling,and as the cutoff's keep on increasing so you may or may not even get a seat.But,don't worry keep applying you never know you get selected in any of the rounds.
