Please, anyone, help me in calculating my cutoff marks English-91 Phy ed-62 Eco-86 Bst-82 Account-49 Painting-72 I dont want to include accounts can I calculate using-Eng, Painting, Eco, Bst for Bcom course

lakshita shaan 10th Oct, 2020

hey,

i hope you are well

while calculating best four subject aggregate for B.Com (//B.Com) you need to include english/hindi and must have secured a minimum aggregate of 60 percent marks in same and rest three subjects should be mathematics, accountancy, economics and business studies/commerce , fallacy in inclusion of any three subject will face a deduction of 1 percent per subject on the aggregate , with a maximum net deduction of 2 percent.

as you want to include english, painting, economics and business studies your aggregate would be 82.75 and as you want to  include painting instead of accountancy then your aggregate would definitely face some percent deduction .

for more information kindly refer to the link mentioned below

My class 12 marks in CBSE are English: 88, Physics: 73, Chemistry: 68, Painting: 87,Biology: 77..Overall is 78.6%(Best of 5). But Math: 45, went to additional..I have good jee rank so am i eligible for NITs??

akashkumarpati.2000 25th Sep, 2020
Hey,
Don't worry.
According to the previous rules and regulations, each and every candidate had to obtain a minimum of 75 percentage marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must had to manage themselves among the top 20 percentile students in their respective state to get admitted in any NIT.

But due to pandemic period, HRD minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank decided to make this eligibility criteria easier to increase the chances of admission in all of the topmost and esteemed NITs and has declared the " relaxation of JEE MAIN 2020 eligibility criteria for NITs and CFTIs " on 23rd June,2020.
According to this, a JEE Main qualified aspirant has to obtain just a passing certificate in class 12th Board examinations irrespective of marks secured.
For further details:

Hence I can assure you that your low marks at Mathematics in your Board examination can't affect your admission chances of top NITs. You can get instituions only as per your secured marks and rank in JEE MAIN 2020.
So don't need to be worried. Just relaxed. You can also use Careers360 JEE MAIN college predictor tool in this regard:
