If you really wish to get a good government college and become a doctor, you should definitely donate one year for preparation of NEET.
Your marks this year indicate that you had prepared very less for the exams, so it would take a good amount of time to

According to previous year cut off for llb programm in Panjab University , your admission chances are rare in main campus . But chances of getting admission in chandigarh campus is 50 - 50 . you must need to wait for 2nd or 3rd round counciling sedule .
