Yes, you can. You can do a BSc course in any of the arts and sciences colleges that provide you a bsc course in pathology.

Dear Rajeev Kumar Sharma,

To become a pathologist the basic qualification is MBBS after which you will have to go for MD in Haematology Pathology/Hematophology. So what you can do as an alternative is to go for PG in MLT. Best of luck!

There some degree, diploma and certification courses in Pathology. If you want to persue Pathology with degree or diploma then there are some universities which provide courses and has entrance exams. So, it depends on what type of course you want to persui.
