See you have to wait for some time for the counseling round hopefully you will get into mechanical engineering but you have to wait till last round ....

thank you for approaching us . yes you can get a seat in the electronics and communication engineering branch . may not be in the top most colleges but you can get in the top 5-10 colleges .

Yes, if not ECE you will get EE. Please attend the counselling round (Round 2) if possible, to know for sure.

Yes there are chances of getting seat in PES,  but it depends on the branch which you want to take.

See as we know that PESSAT is an entrance test conducted for admission to various Undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by PES University. So the rank which you have mentioned in the question you cannot get seat in PES University until and unless you belongs to any reservation
