See as we know that PESSAT is an entrance test conducted for admission to various Undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by PES University. So the rank which you have mentioned in the question you cannot get seat in PES University until and unless you belongs to any reservation

There are very less chances of getting seat in PES University with this rank.

For your information PES University has very few seats including the PESU RR (Ring Road) and PESU EC (South Campus)

PESU provides CSE,ECE,EEE,ME,BT and CV considering your rank in PESSAT there are slim chances of getting a seat in RR campus , in case you do then there is

PES never releases the cutoff marks. Everything here is based on rank which you secure in PESSAT.

I don't remember the statistics exactly but for 2017-18 session the cutoff ranks for CSE at PES university were nearly:-

First of all the cutoff varies every year so its very uncertain to say whether you will get a seat or not but yes according to last year's cutoff i think you will be easily getting Nie mysore with cse or ece branch.
