Yes, I believe you can pursue a PhD after MCA. Ideally if you aim to pursue a PhD in Computer Science/IT/Software related subjects, it will be beneficial to have a Valid GATE CSE as well as UGC NET (JRF) Score with you. Besides this you need to apply/mail to the respective professor for Research Positions at relevant time, before start of session. There is a definite admission procedure for both falls in different Institutes for Junior Research Fellowship.

Om Prakash Jogender Singh University is accredited by UGC and it's courses are valid, as it's a private university, and have low ratings, mostly people don't prefer to go in the University.

They have again started new revised syllabus for PHD session of 2021.

So you can trust their process for registrations.

Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar University  does provide phd in computer science. Eligibility to qualify is atleast getting 55% aggregrate in M.Phil course. Candidate has to get atleast 7 UGC point . Faculty member are helpful and knowledgeable. Infrastructure is good with modernise facilities.
