First of all, DELHI UNIVERSITY doesn't offer much MSC-PHD integrated course to students in the field of science.
It only offers one MSc -PHd integrated in Biomedical Science, admission to which is taken on the basis of entrance exam conducted.
Apart from that it offers,
MSC courses in Plant
There are no official syllabus as per the UOH. So you need to study the whole BSc Curriculum. You can expect the syllabus by studying the previous year question papers.

Yes, you can pursue an Integrated Ph.D. after doing a BSc. There is a difference between a regular Ph.D. and Integrated Ph.D. If you want to do a regular Ph.D., the minimum qualification required for this course is an MSc degree. Without that, you can’t apply for it. The
