Your B.Sc subjects would hardly matter if you had Physics, Chemistry and Biology in Class XI and XII. 

To be eligible to write NEET one has to be atleast 17 years of age with 50% aggregate marks (for UR category) in Class XII boards examination with Physics, Chemistry

Cut-offs will vary no matter what. Cutoffs depend on a lot of things like the number of candidates writing the exam, difficulty level of question paper, so cut-offs never really remain the same.
