Physics does not need a number of books to learn.

Have one book, keep your concepts clear and practice questions as much as you can.

Read notes thoroughly and keep practicing a lot of  questions.

This is more than enough for you to score good marks

As far as dc pandey is concerned, the chapters are explained very concisely and not elaborately. If your base is clear then it is the best book for quick revision and solving variety of questions but if you want complete explanation of the theory part then you can go

Yes you can be eligible. But you have have a strong hold on CHemistry as it is a very important subject when it comes to medicine. There are many YT videos teaching CHemistry for NEET. YOu can visit Vedantu NEET or Unacademy NEET.

That depends on your future goals. If you want to study Medicine, then you should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Biotechnology in your 12th. Then your 11th aggregate is not counted. Similarly if you want to study Engineering and then appear for JEE
