to join in IIT or NIT like physics chemistry integrated course BS/MS what is the procedure. any separate exam or Jee main is enough. please guide me.

To pursue integrated degree in NIT , you need to get a good score in JEE Mains .
And as far as IIT is considered, you need to get good marks in JEE Advanced in order to be eligible for it .
This means JEE Mains and JEE Advanced are enough to pursue Integrated degree in NIT or IIT.
