For preparing for AIIMS, you need to be very clear and strong on basics. So treat NCERT as your basic book. You need to study deeper in comparison to other exam like NEET.

In 11th there is not special physics group after 10th. There are PCM, PCB, PCMB that have physics as a subject in the course. With about a minimum of 75% helps you better in future for any courses in future. If you passed your 10th that is actually enough

According to previous years rules and regulations regarding to the neet entrance exam eligibility.

To appear in neet entrance exam any nri candidate has to study A-level with all three subjects as- Biology, Chemistry and Physics, along with AS-level.
