For BDS, Physiotherapy and BSC nursing, which are the entrance exam and where to do the registration and what is the deadline for registration of the above stated courses?

Poludasari Akhila 8th Aug, 2025

If you want to join BDS, Physiotherapy, or B.Sc Nursing, you must know about the exams at state and national level. These exams help you get admission in good colleges.

1. NEET exam is needed for BDS admission all over India including Gujarat.

2. NEET is also accepted for many Physiotherapy courses.

3. B.Sc Nursing admission mostly depends on 12th marks in Gujarat.

4. Register on GCAS portal for BDS counselling after NEET results.

5. For Nursing, apply on ACPUGMEC website using your 12th marks.

6. Keep all documents ready and check official sites for updates.

Iam completed my bsc nursing can I do masters in physiotherapy mpt course

SEJAL JAIN 24th May, 2025

In most cases, you cannot directly pursue a Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) after completing a B.Sc. Nursing degree.

The eligibility criteria for MPT programs typically require a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy (BPT).

MPT builds on foundational knowledge specific to physiotherapy practices, anatomy, techniques, and clinical skills that are not fully covered in B.Sc. Nursing.

Iam completed my bsc nursing can I do masters in physiotherapy mpt course

Sajal Trivedi 2nd Aug, 2025

Hello aspirant,

No, after earning a B.Sc. in nursing, you cannot immediately pursue an MPT (Master of Physiotherapy) as MPT requires a BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) as a qualifying requirement.  Before enrolling for MPT, you would need to finish a BPT program if you want to work in physiotherapy.

Thank you

Iam completed my bsc nursing can I do masters in physiotherapy mpt course

Prachi Kumari 24th May, 2025

Hello,

No, you cannot do a Masters in Physiotherapy (MPT) after completing BSc Nursing. To do MPT, you need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) first.

Since your background is nursing, you may want to look for master's courses related to nursing or healthcare instead.

Hope it helps !

i got 36 k rank in eapcet can i join physiotherapy

Rupsa Banerjee 2nd Aug, 2025

Dear aspirant,

A rank of 36k in EAMCET might potentially allow you to get into physiotherapy but it totally depends on the college, your category and the cut off trends . While a 36,000 rank might be considered average, it is still within the range where some colleges offer physiotherapy programs, especially in private institutions or through management quota seats. Your category and any reservations will play a significant role in determining your eligibility. You can visit this link for more information.

Thank you
