Likely with a BSc Degree there are a very less possibility for you to secure a job. I would recommend you to complete your MSc in order to get a job. Now if your college have good placement records then you may have a chance to get a job after BSc.
**Remember you will not be able to be a Anaesthesiologist as you don't have proper medical background. After Msc you may get Research Scientist and correlated Domains in different Pharmaceuticals company.

Hi,
I hope you are healthy and fine.
Now if we look at previous years trends and try to find your common rank on the percentile will be somewhere between 22506 - 25300.
You can also check your expected rank by yourself using our rank predictor tool. Below I am attaching the link of it.

You should note that these ranks are calculated on the basis of past years Percentile vs Rank trends, so you should not be surprised by observing slight variation in the actual rank and the expected rank.
As you have mentioned that you are from OBC category so if we do some more analysis to find you category rank then it will be somewhere between 5,000 to 6,000.
Now coming to your main question that should you choose lower NIT CSE or Average or top NITs Civil or Mechanical branch. Let me tell you in which NITs you are getting CSE/IT.
Below is the list of NITs(best for your rank) where you can get CSE/IT.
See, these all NITs are not at all any lower and placement is really good for not only CSE branch but for other branches too. As you said you are concerned about placement, then my suggestion will be go for any of these NITs without any second thought.
You can also use our rank predictor tool to see which colleges are in your rank range. Below I am pasting the link of it.

VIT-AP is a great place to study in terms of infrastructure curriculum and faculties. The placements are also great. As per the official website, the VIT-AP has done two LIMCA recording for the placements of the students. There are no percentage provided in the official website but as per the information available online, the alleged percentage is around 86% which is not bad. Thus I would say if you get a chance there then you can definitely pursue the course without any doubt.

If you see about different perspective about both the college then you can consider some of the factors such that:
Thus to consider all this factor for IIT Hyderabad then you can find infrastructure are great for the courses. The placements for IIT Hyderabad are better than Placement of IIT Gandhinagar. Now IIT Gandhinagar is a vastly growing IIT's among with a great curriculum but IIT Hyderabad have arrive as the second generation IIT which has arrived a stability. Also IIT Hyderabad have better faculty involved in great researches. So both the Universities are good but if you prioritize then go for IIT Hyderabad as a first priority and IIT Gandhinagar as a second priority.
