In case your institute has bleak placement opportunities, Electrical Engineering is a subject where there are a lot of off campus opportunities and you can always apply in them.
Besides this do develop Non Core skills in Software and Analytics as there are lot of career prospects and jobs in these domains in today's date. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys , Accenture besides many other MnCs often have Off Campus Placement Rounds.
You can perhaps prepare for GATE Exam and apply for PSU Jobs in public sector organizations like BHEL, SAIL, NTPC, BARC, IOCL, etc. Barring a few almost all Public Organizations open for Electrical Engineering.
You can also pursue a Masters degree from higher technical institutes in India like Top IITs and IISc, or perhaps prepare for Management Examinations post B.Tech like CAT, MAT, XAT.
Hence you see Placements are not the last alternative. You have a whole sea of opportunities after that. For more information regarding EE follow the link below

hello aspirant,
Ajay Kumar Garg engineering college is considered to be one of the best private engineering colleges under AKTU after JSS,Noida.
the placement rates of the college is decent and you may get decent job and salaries starting from 6 LPA to 12 LPA depending n the branch you are in.
CSE and ECE department students get the maximum placements .

I don’t think that it is right to compare IIT with IIM or vice versa. As both are diversed and good in their respective fields.Well, it depends on what you want to pursue. IITs specialises in Engineering and Research whereas IIMs specialises in Management studies. Both are excellent in their self-domain. It totally depends on your choice for which you want to opt.Placements at IITs and IIMs are good
Bsc radiotherapy is about the radiation induced for treating cancer patients and also other diseases. It has good scope as cancer is rapidly growing disease in current era but they are highly treated by using radiation therapy. Hence it has good scope in radiotherapy.
Bpt is good career option and it also high scope in physiotherapy center/ clinic or rehabilitation specialist or researcher etc.,
Both are having high scope at it's own place but I personally feel BPT has a bit high scope.
If you want to do MD RADIOLOGY after MBBS than the scope of radiotherapy is far better than BPT.
Hope you found this information useful.
All the best

The best JNTU colleges are JNTU Kakinada, Hyderabad and Anantpur. But seeing previous years cutoff of these colleges, it's difficult for you to get a seat or branch into JNTU Kakinada and Hyderabad campus.
But, you have good chances of getting admission into JNTU Anantpur coll into chemical engineering branch ( You will only get this branch and not other branches seeing to the rank that you have got)
But, you have good chances of getting admission into some other colleges like,
JNTUA college of engineering, Pulivendula
Andhra University college of engineering, Vishakhapattanam
University college of engineering JNTUK, Narasaraopet
JNTUA college of engineering , kalikiri
