The pay package is higher in the private sector, around Rs. 9000 - 12,000 per month. And it is also depend on your knowledge and skill.

The choice is with you on which field you like more. If you are neutral with both the fields, then I'll prefer opting for electrical engineering through Rajkiya college Kannuj. As even electrical engineering has a good scope in future as well since everything would be getting solar. And also Rajkiya college has good placement opportunities.

In upsee opgl means the category of girls in general category. So, if your opgl category is 723 then your rank in general category girls is 723.
The process of counselling takes place through general rank not category rank in upsee exams.
So, if cutoff rank is 1460 then if you want to get selected then your your general rank should be 1460 to get selected in UPSEE exams.
The process of counselling solely depends on general category rank not on any particular category rank.

ELIGIBILITY
The minimum eligibility for SC/ST/ is 40% marks in aggregate along with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry as main subjects. For OBC and backward classes including backward class Muslim is 45%.
At the time of counseling, candidates have to pay Rs.5000/- (1000/- for ST/SC/SCA candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu) by Demand Draft or in cash along with their original certificates. Demand Drafts should be drawn in favor of “The Secretary (TNEA), Anna University” payable at Chennai.
