Hostel facilities are very good.They provide a 3 sharing as well as 4 sharing room. the rooms are very comfortable with enough space and furnitures. They are maintained well and is kept always clean.The hostel mess is very good and the food is very tasty. They are hygienic.

The placements in PSG Tech is almost equal to the NITs.. For your information, PSG Tech is ranked 12th in India among all the engineering colleges . We get a good set of recruiters visiting regularly. Refer to this recruiter list. The list of recruiters as you see are huge MNCs and have very good career growth for the candidates who get placed. The job profile they offer after an year of training is equal to the people getting recruited from NITs and IITs. The highest salary offered is around 20 lacs pa (in 2014 batch) for Computer Science Engg graduates. Anyhow it depends on industry and the stream you are in. But the top 40% of the students in each department get very competitive and challenging roles in their respective industries. The average salary of a batch is close to 4.5 lacs. Many recruiters offer salary for people in the range of 3.2 to 3.8 lacs.

                     Congratulations on your TANCET score. But unfortunately, you may not get a seat in PSG college with your score and rank. It needs a cut off 53+ in TANCET to be sure about PSG. You can try for Easwari Engineering College, Chennai.

,Yes, based on last year's cutoff, it is possible that she would get a call in the PSG Institute of Management. Apart from that, she may also get admission Thiagarajar School of Management, Coimbatore Institute of Management, Vel Tech Institute, Sona School of Management Salem to name a few.
