As far as your AIR is concerned, keeping in mind, JIPMER is one of the best Medical Institutes next to AIIMS Delhi, the small intake of JIPMER, and that too since JIPMER doesnt have its own test and intake is totally through NEET, you perhaps have bleak chances and might just make it. The expected cutoff will surely be no less than AIR 400-500 for General Category. However you do have other excellent options at your Rank like newer AIIMS, KGMU Lucknow, CMC Vellore, MAMC Delhi and other top medical institutes.

Well, with SC rank 15676 you CRL rank should be around 250000-270000,

And, If you have completed your schooling in puducherry then your homes state NIT is NIT Puducherry. But if from Tamil Nadu other than puducherry than it will not be considered as your Home State, Now Coming to Closing Rank:

So, if you would have puducherry as your Home State then you must have got every branch there, but if you haven't got that, it means it isn't your Home State...

Your OBX NCL certificate is a proof and a sole key to get you a reservation in any college. If you have a valid OBC-NCL CERTIFICATE I don't think it should be a problem for you at the time of admission.

As the certificate is issued to you by the state government itself, so it should not cause you any trouble.

Congratulations on scoring so well!! You should know That there are a total of 100 seats available in JIPMER Pondicherry campus and 50 seats in Karaikal campus through NEET 2020.

The neet cutoff for jipmer is yet to be announced but it is expected to be at par with the biggest medical institutions. If we follow the previous years marks and the see the expected marks for this years seats, the cut off marks fall between 600-610. So you have very very good marks and an amazing chance to get admisson in jipmer. Please keep an eye on the official site for more details.

This is the first time JIPMER will be giving admission on the basis of Neet Score. So we don't have any idea about the previous year's cutoffs, we don't have any reference. But there are total 249 seats (JIPMER Puducherry (187) and Karaikal campus (62) and 55 seats foe ur category in Piducherry and 19 in Karaikal) offered for MBBS in JIPMER. So it can be expected that an all India rank within 300 to 350 can fetch you a seat in JIPMER Puducherry. Now as you told, you have scored 676 in Neet 2020 out of 720 and your rank is 834. With this rank it would be difficult to get JIPMER Puducherry campus but you can try for Karaikal. Or else, government medical colleges of Delhi such as VMMC are achievable with this rank.
