The last date for submission of admission forms candidates of BA/BSc Part-II is 16th October, while forms can be submitted with double fee till 22nd October and the result was expected to declare on 14-16 October. And the admission process will start after the declaration of result. The dates can be changed so check the official site regularly.

The eligibility Criteria for admission in BA courses at Punjab University is:
Candidates applying to Panjab University’s UG courses should have cleared 10+2 examination from a recognised Board. Also, it is mandatory for the candidate to have secured at least 50% marks in aggregate.
That being said, that allows you to sit in
the PUCET exam for UG courses. The updated information is that the admission form submission would close by 16 October or could be extended till 22 October with a fine.
The admission/Councelling are yet to be revealed. Keeping an eye on the official site is the best option.

In Punjab University BA bed integrated course is of four years.duration Eligibility criteria is decided upon through entrance test of the Punjab University.
The basic qualification is needed for BA B Ed integrated course of 4 years is 10 + 2 with 50 percent qualifying marks students have to to cross the bar of entrance test of Punjab University for admission in BA bed integrated course.
Fee structure vary from 85000 to 2 lacs rupees per annum.

You must be aware of the fact that some colleges do ask for CLAT entrance for admission into BA LLB. However, not all colleges ask for it and some accept 12th grade marks too. The minimum percentage one needs to have is from 50-60%. So as far as your eligibility goes, I think your sister might be eligible to apply for the course. Some of the Law colleges in Punjab are-
