Hello. You will need to apply for Management quota seat separately in every college where you want to take the admission. So visit the colleges having management quota, and then apply through the form provided by them.

There are different rules for domicile in different states. Some states require the candidate to complete his/her 10th and 12th in the state whereas, some states like Gujarat require the candidate o reside in the state for 10 years consecutively.
