I have got 651 marks in neet 2020 and my AIR is 3585 and gen ews (category rank ) is 288 can I get kgmc through ews category and state quota?

Your marks is quite good but due to increase in cut off your rank has been shifted a bit far from the last year cut off of KGMU, Lucknow. There was not reservation for EWS category last year in KGMU, Lucknow.
The general category rank was around 1900. There might be a possibility that they will include EWS seats in their admission from this year and you may get a seat.
