Yes, you have a very good score, so you can get the college that you want. But it also depends on which course you want. CSE has a very high cutoff, so it's difficult to get admission, but I checked with previous year's cut-offs, and you can get CSE with that score. But go for the course that you want, and not for the one which is in general public demand. All the best!

As you have mentioned that your percentile is 63 in jee mains 2019. According to the previous year cut off trends I regret to inform you that the probablity of you securing a seat in mbm jodhpur or rtu kota through jee marks is not possible. However I suggest you to weigh your options properly by considering your perfomance in state entrance examinations before coming to a decision.

At this rank, even if you're from OBC category, you won't get admission in any of the branch in MBM Jodhpur or RTU Kota. You should try for some other colleges if you've filled their form. You can also try for some private colleges that accept JEE Main's rank.

Sorry to say but your percentile in JEE Mains is very less in order to get admission into RTU Kota and MBM Jodhpur. This is because as per previous year cuttoff for these Colleges it is difficult to secure seat on this percentile. I would suggest you to look for other colleges as well. kindly mention your rank as predicting rank from percentile is quite tough .as your percentage in 12 is more than 75 the this is also not a big problem 

you can get cse or ec from some of the nits of northeast and many iiits . check out the previous years cutoffs for better view

Taking into account your JEE Mains and board exams performances and assuming that you are a general ccategory aspirant, you should be able to get IT in colleges by RTU in Jaipur and Jodhpur but CSE might be difficult to get.

RTU Kota is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University(RTU) kota, so the admission is done by the REAP counseliing form. REAP is the common counselling form for more than 80+ affiliated colleges across Rajasthan. The counselling  is based on the score of JEE Mains. So without JEE mains you can't appear for counselling. As you have stated that you have scored 48155 rank in JEE, so this is approximately equal to 108-110 marks. In colleges like RTU kota you getting CSE on 110 marks will depend on the level of competition and some luck.You can opt for CSE as first choice and IT, other branches as other choices. You will probably get a seat in 1 or 2 counselling. Form filling have been started from 30 May 2019 and last date of form filling is 29 June 2019. Academic fees of RTU affiliated colleges is 80k per annum. And these colleges also have a decent placement.
