You have not mentioned your exact % you got in PCM.
As per eligibility criteria , ( for Engineering ) the minimum % required for the candidate in xii board PCM is 50 % required for general category and 45% SC category.
If you have exact 45% in PCM , then also it works .
But below this % you won't be able to get admission to any institute whatever your marks be in JEE main .
Eligibility for NIT and IIT
• aggregate percentage , for general category aggregate percentage of 75% are required.
• for SC,/ St 65% aggregate are required for counselling and admission.
• 60% in PCM are required.
For CBSE candidate you must be in top 20 % percentile

Hello,
100 - your total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 112679 are the number of candidates appeared for January exam.
So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 112679 /100.
If we use this formula you will get your expected rank will be 46198 with this rank and previous year cutoffs you cannot get into any NITs.
Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, you may decent chances in branches like Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, General Medicine, Psychiatry, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Pulmonary Medicine, General Surgery, Pharmacology, Opthamology, ENT and Forensic Medicine. Radiology is tad difficult with this rank. You may get a seat in Stanley Medical College because in 2019, the closing rank for Radiology in Stanley was 3875. Having said that, this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation. Please try our College predictor to check the possibility of other specialisations with you rank across India: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-pg-all-india-college-predictor
