According to latest report, EWS reservation will be applied only to  the medical colleges other than AIIMS . Therefore, I do not think this year EWS reservation will be applicable in AIIMS medical colleges.

Using general category rank, you may or may not get college option for admission as top rank which is considered is below 60k-70k. so it
