My sister (unmarried) is govt. Teacher and 31 year old. My parents income comes under the ews criteria (not included the sister s income). Can I apply for ews certificate.

If MCC opens a new round (choice-filling window), you get the unlock/modify choices option only during that choice-filling window - i.e., after Round registration opens, and before the official choice locking deadline. If you took an AIQ seat in Round-1, you can still do new choice-filling/upgradation in Round-2
