Hello Aspirant,
To admission into VIT Pune one must appear and clear for JEE Main / MHT-CET and the cutoff you need to score will depend on your category. For open category it generally 98-99 percentile for top engineering branches. The approximate total fee for 4 years would be 7 lakhs.
For PICT also it is the same procedure to take admission and the fee for one year in an engineering course is approx. 1 lakh . You may visit their official website to know more.
To know you college possibilities under MHT CET use this predictor tool :

Hello Vicky,
I am afraid since you are an other state candidate it might be a little difficult, but you have a good chance based on the branch you are going to opt for. The cut off is decided by number of candidates who appeared in the exam, number of seats available, number of participating colleges, category reservations and exam difficulty, hence it is difficult to predict for sure. You may attend the counselling and see your chances.
You may visit the official website to know about the admission and cut-offs:

You may know previous year cutoff in the link below:

Hello,
Pune Institute of Computer Technology is a private institute affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune, and accredited NAAC 'B+'. It offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in engineering domain. For undergraduate courses, admission is done through MHT CET/JEE Mains, in case of postgraduate courses, admission is done through GATE. PICT offers B Tech lateral entry, but it doesn't offer diploma in any engineering field through polytechnic.
Hello budding engineer,
