Students who have obtained at least 55 percent (without rounding off) in a Master's Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/ institutions recognised by the UGC in Humanities (including languages), Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science, and related fields are eligible to take the UGC NET exam. As a result, you can verify your eligibility.

There are three main factors which determine the eligibility criteria of CSIR NET, the Age should not exceed 28 years, the Nationality must be Indian, and the Educational Qualification is that
Candidates from general (UR) / general-EWS and OBC must hold an M.Sc. or equivalent degree / Integrated BS-MS / BS-4 years / BE / B.Tech / B. Pharma / MBBS with at least 55% marks in order to be eligible for CSIR UGC NET.
Candidates who are currently enrolled in an M.Sc. course or have completed their graduation are also eligible for CSIR UGC NET 2021 under Result Awaited (RA) category given that they complete their degree with the required scores within two years.
So yes you are eligible for the Life sciences exam.
