Hey , firstly please clarify your question as there are no ranks in stream 2. For admission via stream 2, you must have a score above 97% to get a good branch there easily . No ranks are needed. Ranks are only needed in stream 1 . Considering it to be your rank in stream 1 , you can get EE or ECE in sastra university.

There is no need and even you should not submit all your original certificates at any counseling. If any certificate is asked as an original copy by the college then provide those as original and the remaining as a duplicate so that no one misuses your certificates.

Hey , Considering your marks , you can not get a CSE Branch in sastra university unless you belong to any reserved category.

Hey Vishal , you can get admission in sastra university but only on the basis of stream 1 i.e. your JEE MAIN Marks ,as your 12th marks are not enough to get you there .
