Hope you are doing good, yes you can get in SP jain without giving CAT exams but you have to appear in GMAT exam because SP jain accepts only GMAT or CAT exams so you have to appear in one of them. No you can't get in SP jain on the basis of academic result.

NMAT is just an exam that you need to give to be eligible for admission into top B schools accepting NMAT score. But to be eligible for admission you need to fill the form of the respective college separately.

Yes so Jain accept students from outside Maharashtra. Note if you would tell me which course are you planning to take then it would be more beneficial for me to interact with you. But for engineering , no students are allowed in government colleges. They can only take part in private colleges.

Your board marks is lower than the minimum criteria of 60%. I don't think there will be a chance for you in SPJIMR.

Sorry to say this. But you shouldn't broke your rigour and wait till the last possibilities arrives.

SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) offers admission to students having scorecard of Common Aptitude Test (CAT), or Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) or GMAT. The final shortlisting is however done on the basis of the composite score of Academic record + Candidate’s profile + Relevant work experience (optional) + Entrance test scores (XAT/ CAT/ GMAT) + Performance in the two rounds of group interviews.
