According to your academic scores you need to have an excellent score in either XAT, GMAT or CAT. And to be eligible for admission you need to score at least 650+ in GMAT. And for GMAT, you should score at east 750-760 marks to compensate your previous records and get a call for PGDM further admission process.
And your selection depends on your performance and the deciding committee which cannot be predicted easily, but to be on safer side, score good. For further query ask us, All the best.

sp jain is one of the most renowned college for MBA in India. it takes admission in two ways one profile based and other score based which considers even low academic score. for admissions in mba programs at sp jain i will recommend you to have at least 80-85+ score in academics and if not then score very good percentile in CAT or XAT.

cutoff scores changes every year and depends on some factors like number of participants, students category etc. see sp jain looks into candidates academic profile, work experiences, extra curricular activities etc. you have decent work experience and academic record, according to students review they shortlisted candidates whose has overall 85% in academic, and more than 70 percentage marks in all board exams and graduation. so you have decent chances for shortlisting.

As you have decent chances to convert as per the previous waiting lists and student reviews. 25-30 waitings can be cleared easily as many students go for other top management institutes of their choice, but nothing can be said accurately as it's just a prediction as per past records. There are two separate cutoff for SP JAIN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT MUMBAI -:
1) 95 percentile if you doesn't have a good profile.
2) 85 percentile if you have a good profile.
A good profile means having good score in class 10th, 12th and graduation, Has participated in any Extracurricular activities state or nationally, Has a good work experience profile.
