Hi My 10th %is 78 and 12th % is 45 and B.E is 63%. In there even a chance for me to get into SP JAIN/FMS Delhi/Jamnalal Bajaj or newer IIMS(or any of the tier 1 MBA colleges(except old IIM'S))? if in case I get 95+ cat percentile?

Yes you are eligible..for tier1st college..if you score 95+%ile in cat....a lot tier-1 college doesn't give high attention to academics...they give high priority to entrance.....
