Yes, you can apply for NEET examination after completing the B.Sc. course with computer science and also you have passed the earlier qualifying examination or 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

And the code will be 02. As you have not taken Biology ,Physics and Chemistry in B.Sc course

see you did not mention which exam you are asking about. from domicile point of view you need to give the name of  home state of which you have all domicile certificate and criteria, here birth place did not matter.if you have fulfilled the all the criteria to claim
