If you wish to pursue a Bachelor in Arts degree, you will face a deduction ranging from 2.5-5%. This varies for each college, we would know about it only once the cutoff list is out. However, if you have studied Economics in class 11-12, you won't face any deductions for Eco hons.
With your percentage and considering your quota, you may possibly get into good colleges like LSR, DCAC, IHE etc for journalism according to previous year cutoffs. For Economics, it's difficult to get through North Campus colleges. You would surely get into some decent south/off campus colleges.

UR -2042(for regional) and 6930(for state)
OBC-19743(for regional)and 8581(for state)

With your score and rank of NTA NEET 2019, you can get the Byramjee Jeejeebhoy Medical College, Pune, only if you belong to the Scheduled Tribe Category since only the ST category has a cut off rank of approx 50,000. The cut off ranks for the other categories are approx-
Unregistered- 2400,
Scheduled Caste- 33,500.

BJ medical college is one of the top most colleges in Gujarat for MBBS. The cutoff for general category in 2018 was 557 marks. While for SC category, the cutoff was 440 marks and for St category, it was 332 marks. Cutoffs tend to vary every year depending on various factors like top Neet score, difficulty level of the examination, number of applicants and a lot more.

Well, both the colleges are considered as top ranking colleges.. both the colleges are good in there both way.. but i would suggest you to go for bj medical college.. as bj medical has very good inhouse faculty and also the colleges has good placements as well good infrastructure and also the college has a decent hostel life too.. so my suggestion would be you must go for Bj medical.
BJ or Bachelor of Journalism is an undergraduate degree in the field of journalism and mass communication where students learn about various aspects of the media industry like research, reporting, compiling, writing, editing as well as presentation of information.
After completing this course graduates can join various mass communication related fields such as TV news channels, newspapers, radio stations and the likes. Typically the field of Journalism is divided into two broad categories, which are, Print Media and Electronic Media. Candidates who aspire to work in the Electronic Media can join television, radio or internet/ digital media companies whereas in Print Media aspirants can join newspapers, magazines, news agencies and digests.
Eligibility Criteria- Students from any stream (Arts/ Commerce/ Science) having completed Claass 12 can opt to pursue a BJ course.Apart from this, some colleges also state that aspirants are eligible to pursue a Bachelor of Journalism course if they possess minimum 50% aggregate marks at their 10+2 level. Another additional eligibility criteria is that candidates should have studied Hindi or English at school level.
