With this score, based on previous years data, you might have chance in Colleges like:

  • ESIC Medical College, K.K. Nagar
  • Government Medical College and Hospital, Pudukottai
  • Karoor Government Medical College

On such marks you have no chance to get any of the good college under state quota and you are just qualified on such marks but yes you can try for direct admission provided that you must have appeared in NEET Counselling and unable to secure any seat

when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 514 marks   you hold a low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

Its quite harder to predict the college for your score. Sorry to say but 268 is somewhat a lower score. As the cutoff for the medical colleges vary every year based on some factors, we couldn't predict that.
