CMC Vellore has 100 seat intake for MBBS. 74 seats are allotted for its Sponsored wards of Associated Churches and 10 seats are allotted for wards of CMC Staff. 1 seat is sponsored by the Government of India. The rest 15 seats are for Open Merit. Of these 3 seats are reserved for SC/ST Category Candidates. CMC being a Private Medical College, doesn't participate in All India Counselling and all the seats are filled through State Counselling. There are 100 seats in CMC Vellore out of which 74 seats are filled through recommendations of missionaries of associated churches. 10 seats are reserved for wards of CMC staff. 1 seat is filled through recommendation by the Central Government. The rest are Open Category seats and there are approximatrly 2-3 seats allotted for SC Category. So you should score nothing less than 650 fpr a seat in CMC Vellore. Now this is based on previous years cut offs. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

This year the eligibility criteria required for getting admission into IITs, NITs and CFTIs has been removed. Now students don't need to score 75+ percentage or being in top 20 percentile. They only need to get passing certificate. So your board percentage doesn't matter this year.

Now the NITs which you have mentioned above are one of the finest college of the country. Their cutoff is very high and you need a very good rank to get admission there.

You have scored 87.85 percentile which is not a good score. With such percentile your Common Rank list rank would be 150000 and OBC category rank would be 43000. This is not much to fetch you those NITs.

As per your cutoff score and previous year cutoff,you have very less chances of getting University Departments of Anna University, Chennai .

The last year opening cutoff for Food Technology is 178.5 and closing cutoff is 173.5, in MBC Category in 2nd round of counselling.

The last year opening cutoff for  Food Technology is 195 and closing cutoff is 186, in general Category in 1st round of counselling.
