whether Tamil Nadu SC caste certificate applicable for appering "IBPS RRB PO" Exam in Maharashtra ?

Your certificate is applicable only if it is in the prescribed format. As per guidelines 'SC/ST/OBC Candidates should furnish caste certification from competent authorities'.

it depends on state to state list . so please check if you are in list of maharashtra .
