It would be difficult to tell you exactly about your chances of admission as the cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. However, as per the previous year cutoff you might have chances of admission.

Last year cutoff for CSE was around 32k for outside Punjab students on 4 year BTech course.so you have a very low chance.you should appear in April month exam.

• Then, there is two methods to apply foy UG courses.

• You have to apply competitive exams like  EAMCET, TCET, JEE MAINS, NEET, etc..

The admission will be starting from April after the Mains exam and the forms can be filled till May mid. The application fee is 1500rs for BTech.

With ur rank 190000 u can easily get most of the branches in the THAPAR University if u r from the Punjab state only which means the state quota.

But if u r outside the Punjab state then....u should be waiting for some branches
