With ur rank 190000 u can easily get most of the branches in the THAPAR University if u r from the Punjab state only which means the state quota.
But if u r outside the Punjab state then....u should be waiting for some branches

The exact dates have not been released. However, going by past-practice, it is assumed that tentatively in mid-June the admissions to Thapar Institute for the Lateral Entry Entrance Test [LEET] will begin. The exam is normally scheduled in the last week of June. Keep a check on the
