As per your rank which is 29k in kcet 2021 let me tell you that it would be difficult to predict the exact situation because the dynamics gets changed every year . Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper and also performance of the candidates.

Uvce has the best placements among the three so that's an advantage and also its civil department is one of the finest u will find.

Sorry to say, but you will not be admitted to UVCE because it is a government college under KCET and is only for Karnataka students and if you are Karnataka student then you should definitely apply in this. Sure, you will get into NIE Mysore, it is a reputed college with good faculty. Also, it would be more clear to you if you could specify the branch name as well.

The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore organises various technical seminars, workshops, and corporate expectation sessions for students at the time of campus placement. Industry professionals are invited to speak to the students on a regular basis to update students on the latest technical developments and industry practices. For company presentations, group discussion rooms and conferencing facilities, interview and discussion rooms, the NIE Mysore placement department has a fully furnished seminar hall named Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan seminar hall.

The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore has several facilities on the campus premises for both students and staff members.
