It is mentioned nowhere that the total number of seats increased by the government will only be filled by EWS category. The procedure is actually division on the basis of percentage. After increasing, a fixed percentage of seat is alloted for EWS quota.

      I understand your concern and I am here to help you regarding your request!

   So, all the three colleges which you have mentioned are on the top 20 list in Karnataka. When compared among these three colleges, MS Ramaiah medical college is the best college followed by Kempegowda Institute of medical sciences. Father Muller takes the third place in terms of these priorities. MS Ramaiah has a very good infrastructure and especially has the best teaching faculties. You can get a lots of exposure to the hospital environments in MS Ramaiah since it had got a good flow of patients and expertised faculties. So, in my personal opinion it's always better to opt for MS Ramaiah.
