If you are having the state quota then you can get any branch of any campus of your state. be it Coimbatore, Bangalore or Amritapuri, with this rank you will get any branch of your choice but if you dont have state quota then chances are quite slim to get into any branch of any campuses.

As per the last some years cut-off rank trend for the amrita university Bangalore campus for the computer science engineering is around to 10000 to 12000 closing.

And as per your percentile your rank should be around to 118000 something.

So as per my opinion you have no chances for the amrita university.
