There is no university named as Up University , delhi. and as far as DIT ,Dehradun is concerned , it is a good college in terms of placements , faculty , infrastructure etc. However its campus is not that much huge , but the classrooms are so well
Yes you can add physical education to your best four subjects list but 2.5% will be deducted from the BFS because Physical Education is not a list A subject. You have to add Maths, English(or any language) and two elective subjects of list A. You can find the list A
