It is good to know that you are interested in pursuing Law. Considering that you a graduate already, You can pursue 3 year LLB program. The best colleges for Law are the National Law Universities all around india, But many of them do not offer the 3 year LLb program. I believe that you are from Delhi, So below i am providing the names of colleges in Delhi which provide the same:

DU is far better than Mumbai university in almost every expect.
DU offers a large variety of courses.
In DU there are many events organized every year.
placements in DU are also good.
colleges are well connected with metro and other modes of transportation.
you can also take advantages of many government schemes here in Delhi.
so i suggest you not to leave DU for MU.

You can surely get admissions in Delhi University's colleges if you are looking for courses like BA Programme or if you have any reserved certificate.
Please check last year's cut off if you are looking for any other courses.
I would suggest you to just secure your seat in any college or course you are getting in and wait for more cut offs to come down to choose accordingly.
