Hello Akansha, it is not necessary to have more than 96 marks. Even that are too much high as compare to actual eligibility marks. DU eligibility marks are more than 60. Students with 60%+.can apply for Pharmaceutical science courses.

you get in Delhi University but your chances of getting in a very good college are less if you are a general category student. The cut off in good colleges for general category is more than 95% in Delhi University. But you will surely get an average college of Delhi University.

the basic rule is to count best of 4 subject is , you need to add one language subject(english/hindi) and as you are from science back ground you can add any 3 subjects from your course like (mathematics, computer science, biology, statistics, physics, chemistry ...... etc)

It is not compulsory to include Mathematics in the best of four calculation for B.Sc. Honours in Chemistry. You only need to have studied and passed Mathematics in Class 12. However, it is compulsory to include Chemistry otherwise you will have a disadvantage of 2.5 % on your best of four.
