The cut off of DU North Campus Colleges is usually very high. Although many students get opportunities in second or third waiting list, the cut offs are still very competitve.
It is unlikely that one can get admission in North Campus Delhi University for Psychology Honours awith 70 percent of marks. The cutoff usually begins above 95 percent and the seats are filled by the time the list reaches 85 percent.
The cutoff for LSR for the year 2018-19 went to 98.2 percent for Psychology Honours.
There are many colleges in South Campus where you can apply. You can also apply in other institutes, such as -
Christ University, Bangalore
Madras College, Chennai
Panjab University, Chandigarh
Fergusson College, Pune

As the basic criteria of the Delhi University is on the basis of best of 4 subjects with English as a compulsory subjects. The only benefits is being provided to the minority background that is OBC/SC/ST or differently abled students.
Hi Mudawath,
46.07 is a very less percentile to get admission in Delhi University and Delhi technical University, Netaji Subhash institute technology University. I would suggest you to prepare for the exam next year also and try to get better marks to get admission in the college of your preference. Try to practice more mock test that will help you to score well in the exam.
wish you good luck.
