i really want to know about ba hons in french courses in delhi university...is there any entrance for it..

No college of Delhi University offers a bachelors degree in French Hons. But rather this is offered by the department of Germanics and Romance Studies of the University. The name of the program is Three Year Undergraduate Program in French.

Many colleges offer certificate courses in French though. These include Daulat Ram, Hansraj, St.Stephens, Ramjas, Keshav Mahavidyalaya, Mata Sundari, Miranda House, Satyawati, SGTB Khalsa and Sri Guru Govind Singh College of Commerce in North Campus. In south campus Venky, KNC, JMC, DCAC, Gargi, CVS, Bharti College and Acharya Narayan Dev College offer this too.

Hey Shreya, Yes, DU Colleges have sports quota. DU gives freedom to all colleges to decide the number of seats under this quota which should not be more than 5%.

Yes home state quota is there in Delhi but only for Delhi region students ( means there is not any other state quota) only Delhi region and outside Delhi region .

Considering you are a Mechanical engineer the eligibility criteria for admission in M.sc physics and astrophysics at delhi University is-

graduation from any other branch of Science or Engineering with Physics and Mathematics as two of the Subjects of study.

Then you must have 60% or above marks in the aggregate and 60% or above marks in Physics.

If you fulfil these above requirement then you are completely eligible for it.
