Inorder to apply for M.A. Psychology in Mumbai University you have to go to the official website of the University and fill up the application form, upload the necessary documents and proceed with the required formalities and pay the application fees. They put up merit lists which comprises the names of the selected candidates. Up to three merit lists are usually put up by the University.

Yes a candidate is eligible for Direct Admission to the Second Year of the B.Sc (I.T.) degree course if you have completed your Diploma in Computer Engineering after 10th grade.

But there is one condition that the candidate's university should be recognized by the Board of Technical Education or any other recognized Government Body. 

As you have already completed your Diploma, you should also look for various Degree courses.

It would be fine if you enter your category as obc and attach that certificate form bihar as your category certificate. It just matters that you have a category certificate, does not matter if it is from the place of domicile or somewhere else. Good Luck!

For admission in Mumbai university the individual forms of each college that you want to apply for have to be Filled. After that you also need to submit the form along with other documents photocopy with the college. You need to physically submit it and cannot submit it online. If yoy do not follow all these steps you can’t seek admission in the university.
