if you get 25 marks in WBJEE, you can expect a rank of 20,00 or above. Doesnt depend on the marks you get in coaching center test's.

You must first qualify the eligibility criteria for DU MBBS Admission 2019. As per the eligibility criteria, a candidate must have passed 12th board examination from an institute located in the National Capital Territory.

The University of Delhi is known for its sky-rocketing cut-offs, with percentage above 95% in campus colleges and above 90 percent usually in all the colleges.
It is very tough for you to get admission in DU with 70 percent.
There are chances in courses like BMS, journalism, B.Tech.

Its all upon You that if you are ready to leave the college and the fees given there and thus it is all in yours hands that if you are interested to join btech then go ahead. Nothing is there like allowed or not . You are free to choose

Sorry to inform you that you cannot migrate to any North campus College since your percentage is quite low, in the migration process they demand high percentage and it depends completely in the College whether they will accept your migration or nor, they can simple deny saying that

For Honors course in  Mathematics i.e Bsc Mathematics hons. students must have one language and two other subjects listed as academic subjects and should have secured 

  • 60% or more marks in Mathematics
  • 55% or more marks in aggregate of four subjects including Mathematics, one language and two other
